Dear António Guterres,Secretary-General of the United Nations:

尊敬的安东尼奥·古铁雷斯秘书长：

Congratulations on yourappointment as the ninth Secretary-General of the United Nations!

9 is the largest singlenumber, also is regarded as most noble number in China. We hope that the newsession of the UN, under your leadership, could establish the positive valueorientation of mankind, preach love of mankind, set the authority of mankind,guide thousands of countries and enlighten people all over the world !

祝贺您出任第9届联合国秘书长！“9”作为数字之最，盼望在您的领导下，新一届联大能为世界“立起正见，承扬大爱，建树权威，正统千邦，爱化万民”！

Firstly, establish thepositive value orientation of mankind. The universal value orientation shouldbe the fraternity of mankind, practice of the right things selflessly, favorthe world and the people! Break boundaries between religions. People from allkinds of religions can respect, trust, learn from each other, and establishjustice jointly.

一、立起正见。确立人类共有的正确的价值取向——博爱无别，践贤无我，利世利众！打破宗教界限，各宗教及非宗教等各界包容互借，共树正义。

Secondly, preach love ofmankind. The United Nations can set up a unified platform to preach love ofmankind, to all channels of global television, radio and other media. Andcompile a set of books about the "positive value orientation” which wouldbe required reading in primary schools, middle schools, and universities withrespective edition.

二、承扬大爱。联合国统一设立面向世界各国的全球电视、电台等媒体的大爱平台，并编制各国大中小幼必读的《正向价值观》（小学版、中学版、大学版）。

Thirdly, set the authorityof mankind. Keep pace with the times and repair the regulation system. Assesscountry members based on criteria of peace, care and cooperation. Publish therankings regularly, and reward the top ten countries and their leaders.

三、建树权威。与时俱进，修章立制。从“和平、关爱、合作”等方面考核评价成员国，并定期公布排名，对前十名的国家及领导人予以通报奖励。

Fourthly, guide thousandsof countries. Let the United Nations become center of "human heart,positive culture and value guidance". Lead country members with"Love, equality and mutual assistance", regardless of size and strength,respect the value and against the evil.

四、正统千邦。切实让联合国成为“人类心灵，正向文化和价值引领”的中心。用“博爱、平等、互助”的宗旨统领各国。不论大小，不论强弱，只论正邪，正则扬，邪则止。

Finally, enlighten peopleall over the word. The United Nations could launch a program of "WorldwideSage Garden” to spread virtues. Establish the Sage Garden in relevant countries.The Sage Garden responsible for spreading the positive virtues. Furthermore,the Sage Garden can provide functions or services such as culturalcommunication, vegetarian catering, health care, public welfare service and alsocould be used as conference center.

五、爱化万民。联合国可推出“世界百贤园”，在相关国家建立集“百贤圣像、圣贤大学、文化交流、素食餐饮、养生保健、会议服务、公益中心”于一体的“世界百贤园”。

Everyone has theresponsibility for the goodness of the world.To render the religion catch upwith the righteousness, render the world eliminate war and the human eliminatethe evil thinking. May we all work together; unite together, for our commonhome - the Earth! Dedicate for the peace of the world!

天下兴亡，匹夫有责。世界兴衰，你我有份。让宗教见正思齐，让世界消灭战争，让人类消除邪见！愿我们共同携手，为万物共同的家园——地球美好而努力，为世界大同而尽心！
